Successful PCI to LM-LAD by 2 overlapping eucaLimus DES . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Atherosclerotic left main coronary artery showing distal 50% lesion then bifurcating to LAD & LCX. LAD showing proximal to mid subtotal occlusion and LCX showing proximal 30 % lesion.

Along the wire a eucaLimus stent 3 x 28 mm was advanced to the lesion in proximal to mid LAD. After confirming position, the stent was deployed at increasing pressure to 16 atm with adequate separation of the struts.

Then another eucaLimus stent 4 x 33 mm was advance to the lesion in LM-LAD overlapping with the first stent and deployed at increasing pressure of 18 atm.
