Successful PTCA and stenting of a critical ostial left main lesion and a long significant proximal RCA lesion. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

After the initial RCA cannulation, the wire was advanced across RCA lesion till the end of the artery. Then 4 x 33 mm eucaLIMUS DES was properly positioned across the lesion where it was deployed at 14 ATM with excellent final angiographic results.

Then followed by left main cannulation, the wire was advanced across the left main lesion and parked in distal LAD. Then 2.5 x 10 mm balloon was used for pre-dilatation. Thereafter, 3.5 x 10 mm eucaLIMUS DES was properly positioned across the left main lesion and deployed at 16 ATM followed by ostial flaring up to 22 ATM with excellent final angiographic results.
