Successful PCI to RCA by 3 overlapping eucaLimus DES . . . . . . .

Atherosclerotic LAD showing total mid segment occlusion with a diffusely diseased distal segment that fills faintly from collaterals. It was decided not to deploy a stent in LAD because of a narrow caliber distal part and only have proper balloon dilatation.

3 overlapping eucaLimus in RCA:
eucaLimus stent 2.25 x 23 mm deployed in the distal portion of the RCA lesion then followed by eucaLimus 2.75 x 38 mm which was deployed to the proximal part of the first stent.

Finally eucaLimus 3 x 33 mm was deployed proximally.
